The history of how industrial revolutions have impacted people and businesses has always fascinated me. This passion led me to spend time immersing myself in the digital technologies, and most importantly, understanding the best change management approaches to achieve sustained positive impact for organisations and employees.
I have supported clients in transforming their businesses through the adoption of digital technologies, for example, transitioning from multiple spreadsheets to ERP systems, paper-based processes to an online global platform, and from manual input to barcoding.
